The Accounting Office is responsible for the recording and reporting of Meredith College’s finances.  We work closely with faculty, staff, students and families, vendors, and auditors. Our goal is to provide high-quality support to the Meredith community while ensuring compliance to federal and state requirements.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 

Fall Statements:

Bills for the fall semester for students on the Meredith payment plan or anyone having a fall balance will be mailed the first week of October.  Tuition is due in full by October 31, 2009.  Unpaid accounts will have a financial hold placed on them, preventing registration for Spring or the release of grades or transcripts.

Quarter-End: Wednesday, September 30

2:00 pm - Deadline for departmental deposits to be included in September business.

4:00 pm - Deadline for presenting petty cash to be included in September expenses.

Oct 15, 2009 at 5:00 pm – Deadline for Transfer of Funds or Budget Transfer requests for 1st quarter. All entries will be posted and available for viewing by October 20.  No requests after the deadline will be honored.
